Friends of the Withlacoochee State Trail
The primary function of this Citizen's Support Organization is to assist the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Division of Recreation and Parks in its effort to promote, support, and help to maintain the Withlacoochee State Trail. Members volunteer their time, talents and experience on projects such as building trail amenities, fund raising, trail maintenance, and public education on trail related issues. Members who chose not to volunteer can also stay in touch with what’s happening on the trail by following us on Facebook and attending our meetings. The Friends of the Withlacoochee State Trail, Inc. is a not-for-profit, charitable organization as qualified under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
